1A date on the calendar changes everything
A shoot gives you a goal to lock in to. Fliss came to me as a total lifestyle girly who did not know how to train with intent. We set a shoot as the goal, she smashed it, loved the process so much she now wants to challenge herself on stage. That is what a date on the calendar does.
2Girls who walked in terrified leave loud
Team shoots run a few times a year at venues we have never used before: a pink studio, a field in June, the Christmas shoot. It was some of the girls' first ever time shooting and they smashed it. Most of them had never met before. You would honestly never know. Some had been told by other coaches they did not want it enough or were not consistent enough. This is what happens when women with the same brain wiring finally find their people.

3Prep, pointed at a date
Shoot prep is the same coaching as the rest of the team, pointed at a date. Training, nutrition, a plan that fits your brain, and the mindset work that stops a shoot being about whether you are lean enough. The photographer and videographer are booked for you on team shoot days.
4You do not have to be a client
You do not have to be a coaching client to join a team shoot. Message SHOOT on Instagram and I will send you the details of the next one.
